I am moving out of this flat after 1.5 years and I’m looking for a female professional or postgrad student to replace me.

Requirements:
- You are in your 20s/30s and female
- You must be in full time employment OR be able to provide evidence of savings to agency
- Postgrad students considered
- Must pay a *one-off* contribution to council tax at the start of your tenancy.
- Must sign 12 month contract with 6 month break clause.
