This flat is a wonderful place to live, and I am looking for someone tidy and respectful to share the space with. I work remotely, so I am home most of the time, but my office space is separate from the rest of the flat so you won't notice.

Otherwise, I am a friendly and sociable person, although I rarely host and spend most evenings out and about. It's important to me that we have a friendly and social atmosphere in the flat.

One room is available as my partner is moving abroad, and that was her room. The other room is available as my other flatmate, who has lived here since we bought the flat, is moving in with his partner.
