Hi! I'm Mimo and the current lodger. I'm Spanish and looking for someone who is very clean and responsible to replace me in the beautiful room where I'm lodging as I'm leaving at short notice at the end of January. I'm only moving because I'm going to live up North England with my boyfriend, but I really love it here, and the woman I am staying with and I are looking for someone that will too. It's very bright and south facing with big windows. It's available FROM THE END OF JANUARY 2026.

The other woman is a very lovely, chatty and accommodating lady who wants someone nice who will take good care of the place.

You will share bathroom and kitchen, but she is often away so basically you get the place to yourself most of the year but when she's around she's good company and easy going. She is also clean and respectful.

PRICE is negotiable for the right person/Bills included.

FEMALE PREFERRED; NO DRUGS/NO SMOKING; NO CRIMINAL RECORDS;

This is ideal for flexible stay, SHORT or LONG-TERM.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 1 double sofa bed from IKEA and 1 double futon-bed from HABITAT. (See pictures)

PRACTICAL INFO:
Fully furnished (including bath towels, bedding etc..) + all kitchen utensils and FREE basic cooking ingredients to make your initial stay smoother (coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, etc...);
PARKING AVAILABLE but car needs to be registered.
FREE bicycle rail.

LOCATION and TRANSPORT:
- 5 min walk to Ealing Common tube (Piccadilly line + District line) with easy and fast reach to central London.
- 10 min walk to Ealing Broadway for the Elizabeth Line + Central Line + District line) + Train to West Country.
- NIGHT BUS: Bus N207, N11, N7.

A lot of parks, cafes, pubs, shops, shopping centre, summer festivals, walk to the river by Kew Bridge, horse riding school, etc...just ask if you have any questions.
