My lovely housemate is unfortunately moving out after a year here, so I’m looking for another working gal to move in to this 2 bed, 2 bathroom ground floor flat!

📆 Move in date: 26th September (you would be taking over a joint tenancy agreement)

💰Rent: £1200 + bills (council tax, electricity, water, WiFi + TV license) comes to approx £230

🏡 Room: a large and spacious double bedroom with en-suite (walk-in shower) and access to the small side porch that has gate access that leads straight into drive. The whole flat is on the ground floor, with one step into the front door. The living/kitchen space has amazing sunlight and loads of space to cook and chill!

My housemate is happy to leave her bed, wardrobe and desk if you would want.

Housemate: I’m 24-years-old, working in sports TV production. Love to cook and get into a good (or slightly trashy…) TV show after work, spending time with friends and getting out exercising or heading out to the pub for a drink (all about the balance!)

I’d be looking for a working gal who’s easygoing and who wants a friendly, calm and social home, whilst also having their own life going on.

🚊Transport: a 10 minute walk to Ealing Common, which has the Piccadilly and District line as well as great bus links, a 20 minute walk to Ealing Broadway which gives you the Lizzy line and Central line as well and finally Acton Town which is a 15 minute walk, also giving Piccadilly and District line!
