Spare single room in a quiet house. We are a 5 minute walk away from the Metropolitan Film School, Ealing Studios and the Ealing campus of The University of West London; we are also a short number 65 bus ride, or the Uni bus ride, away from the Brentford campus of The UofWL.
Our situation is central to many Tube stations and buses for reaching other universities and places fo study; if commuting is not an issue, then the room also suits interns and students at work places and other universities if the commute is doable for you.
The accommodation is in a quiet area, situated between nearby Ealing Common, South Ealing and Ealing Broadway stations. These include the Central, Piccadilly and District tube lines, and the over-head rail running from Paddington in Central London to the West Country. (Check timetables).
The 207, 427 and 607 bus routes run along the Uxbridge Road eastward to Shepherd's Bush and the Westfield Shopping Centre, and westward to Brunel University near Uxbridge. The 65 bus runs from Ealing, southward to the Brentford campus of The UoWL, and on to Kingston Uni via Richmond. The 83 runs from Ealing, northward to Wembley near the stadium. Local network buses link places within the borough.
There is a taxi-rank and large cycle-locking port outside Ealing Broadway Station. E. Bikes and E. Scooters are available throughout Ealing Borough.
The stations and bus stops and the vibrant Ealing shopping centres and wide range of restaurants are all a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The E11 hopper-bus, from Ealing Broadway, brings you practically back to the doorstep again, by Ealing Common.
Parking outside the house is limited, but if you are interested in the room, further details can be given; there are nearly always eBikes and/or eScooters available nearby.

The Common is a popular place for running with an available distance of just under 1 mile/1.6 km. Nearby Gunnersbury Park has a perimeter of just under 2.5 miles/4 km. Lammas and Walpole Parks are nearby for tennis and summer time comedy and jazz festivals.
The property is an end-terraced house with central heating and double-glazing.
The room is fully furnished and carpeted and includes a self-contained fridge. Linen is available, in the short term, if required, but eventually use your own.
There is a fully tiled bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet.
The large, kitchen-diner provides a shared space to relax, cook and eat. Also included is the use of the washing machine. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials are also provided.
There are no additional bills or costs to pay: council tax, water rates, electricity, gas, broadband hub and all other bills and costs are all paid by the house owner.
The deposit is returnable in full if no damages have been caused or heavy cleaning bills incurred.
Students should keep kitchen and bathroom clean after use.
You will be responsible for your own personal belongings and personal insurance and safety. A set of house rules is available which also include some aspects of safety and wellbeing.
