This room has lovely big sash windows which overlook the pretty front garden and gets the afternoon sun. It comes furnished with a faux leather double bed (which has ottoman storage underneath), a bedside, a chest of drawers, and wardrobe. On top of this there's still so much space for you to bring your own furniture in including a sofa and a desk, you could make it a cosy bedroom with your own lounge space. This room is bigger than some studio flats.

The house is a lovely fully detached house (which is gated), set over 3 floors. The house benefits from beautiful period features such as big bay sash windows and fireplaces (for decoration, there is underfloor heating in the room which keeps you nice and toasty), which is balanced with also having a gorgeous modern interior with marble tiled bathrooms and granite work surfaces in the kitchen. The kitchen comes fully furnished with everything you need such as cutlery including a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. The lounge has an awesome flat screen TV and cool corner sofa. On top of this, you share the main luxury bathroom with only 2 other people. It is a big household but once you've seen how big the house is you'll understand why.

We have supplied 350Mbps business broadband from VirginMedia and made sure that there is superior wifi signal throughout the house by installing a second router in the 1st floor hall way so everyone can enjoy Netflix, YouTube or working at the same time which is crucial if people are working from home. We can also supply wired broadband to your room if required (there will be a labour charge for this).

The Area:

Ealing Common is a lovely area, it’s nice and quiet with lots of parks nearby which is great for summer walks and getting some fresh air. You have Ealing Common high street really close with it’s cute coffee shops and nice bespoke shops also have the benefit of living still within walking distance to Ealing Broadway which has more mainstream shops and restaurants.

We have a WiFi/Internet signal commitment. If your room suffers from poor signal we will install additional access points (repeaters/routers) until you are able to achieve a good signal. If you are a software developer that needs a hard wired line we can run a Cat6 cable into your room (subject to a fee).

The house has 7 single occupants (in the ensuite rooms) and 2 other single occupant in the other room so a total of 9 other housemates. Our housemates will be like you, polite, friendly professionals that are working or looking for new jobs in the best city of all.
