Hey! We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate (female) to join our 3-bedroom garden flat and help make it feel like a real home.

🛏️ The Room
It’s a cosy double bedroom that comes fully furnished with a bed, side table, lamp and loads of cupboard space. Rent is £800/month, and bills are £200 (this rarely changes).

🛋️ The Flat
We’ve got a big open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with a conservatory that opens out onto our private garden – great for summer drinks, quiet mornings, or anyone who loves a bit of greenery. The kitchen has all the usual stuff: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

🛁 One shared bathroom with a full bath and shower.

📍 Location-wise, we’re just 2 mins from the tube and bus stop, and a short walk to Sainsbury’s Local, Costa, and Starbucks. Ealing Broadway is only 15 mins away (or one stop on the tube).

👯‍♀️ About Us
You’ll be sharing with Robbi and Annie – we’re both in our early 30s, friendly, down-to-earth, and looking for someone who wants more than just a room – someone who wants to feel at home. We like having a chat in the kitchen, maybe a movie night now and then, but we also enjoy our own space.

🌿 Garden-lovers are very welcome – we’ve got outdoor space and would love to make more of it!

We’re looking for a clean, considerate and relaxed flatmate – someone who’s happy to help keep the place nice and enjoys a friendly, easygoing vibe.
