The specific room available to let is the largest double room. It's a great size with enough space for should you wish to bring one.

No parties or loud music. This is a peaceful quiet building. If you're looking to host parties or you're a bit of a party animal this is not the flat for you. Clean, tidy respectful people give us a shout!

Friendly private landlord. Your flat mates will be two professional females who have lived in the apartment for a while now. You'll get to meet them before committing.

All bills included. Fair use policy for electricity and gas. If you go over the agreed reasonable monthly amount you'll be liable for the overspend. This shouldn't happen on normal use.

Let on a holiday let basis on a regular monthly renewal. So no long commitment needed from you. The property will be available for long term if you like it and want to stay!
