Double room with private bathroom and patio SW5

Unfortunately, my work has required me to move away from London, so I am looking to find a replacement flat mate. The room is a very spacious double that comes fully furnished and has a large wardrobe with additional cupboard space. There is also access via French doors to a private patio. Additionally, there is private use of one of the bathrooms with a toilet, basin and shower.

The room itself is situated in a large, open-plan ground floor flat, set across one floor. The flat features an open plan living room, dinning room and kitchen area, with large windows looking out onto the south facing garden patio, providing great natural lighting. There is also another bathroom with a bath and further shower and hallway with additional storage (coat hooks and shoe racks) and a mirror.

The flat is shared with one other female and is kept extremely clean and tidy, Zoe is a working professional in the Consumer Products industry. However, her work requires her to be away for prolonged periods of time, meaning that often, you will have the entire flat to yourself. When Zoe is there, she is very friendly and gets on well with everyone.

The flat is located in a beautiful residential street, not far from the river and Holland park (10 min walk). There are many cafes, coffee shops and supermarkets around, the closest Tesco's is a 1 min walk and Waitrose is 3 mins walk away. Earls Court (District, Circle and Piccadilly) tube station is 2 mins walk from the flat, West Brompton (District and Overground) is 5 mins walk, Fulham and Hammersmith is 5 mins by bus (District, Piccadilly, Circle and Hammersmith) and High Street Kensington is a 10 min walk (District and Central). Buses run right outside the flat and cover all popular routes which can get you into Central London in less than 10 mins. Westfield Shopping centre is also a 10 min bus ride from outside the flat (C1).

Parking out front is also available.

The flat is amazing and is perfect for a young professional. I will miss the flat very much but hope someone else can make it their home and create lasting memories too!!! 😊
