Description
Hi there!
I am looking for someone that will temporarily take my room in my two bedroom apartment in Earl's court (very central location, 15min walk to Hyde Park and very close to central and west London!)
I would want someone to take it from 1st October 2022 to aprox. 3rd Jan 2023.
I want someone chill that will take good care of the room and will be respectful and friendly towards my flatmate.
The room is big and has a double bed, one large wooden wardrobe, a large chest of drawers (inside wardrobe), a small wardrobe for hanging extra clothes, two shelfs as nightstand and a big bookshelf. It connects to a private conservatory with a desk and chair for work or studying (with amazing natural light!).
The flat itself has a very big living room, a small kitchen, two toilets + sink, (one plus shower/bathtub) and a back patio/garden. The neighborhood is great, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, etc (a very large Saintsbury's, a M&S, and a Coop are all three minutes away). But, despite being 5 minutes walking from the tube station, the street itself is residential so it is very quiet at night.
A cleaning lady cleans the bathrooms once a week and the landlord is very attentive and fixes any problems within a couple of days. Price includes all bills, but for council tax (which if not a student you will have to arrange).
My flatmate is a tidy, quiet and friendly Spanish bioengineer PhD student, vegetarian and loves our TV projector!
If you are interested, please send me a message with some info about yourself so that we can arrange a visit/videocall to visit the flat and meet my flatmate :)
Looking forward to hearing from you!
