The house is a 2nd floor apartment at 4 min walk from both Earl's Court station (Piccadilly and District line) and West Brompton Station (District and Overground). In the area there are plenty of restaurants, groceries (local Tesco and M&S at 2min walking distance, larger Sainsbury and Waitrose at 7 to 10min walking), laundry shops etc.

The room is available for rent starting September 2024. Rent does not include heating, electricity and council. Broadband is included.
