Spare room in bright Kensington flat with a spacious living area, high ceilings, that flood the space with natural light, and a stunning view onto our communal gardens.

The bathroom is a great size with washing machine/dryer, the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.

You have easy access to local amenities: restaurants, cafes, shops, parks, gyms and much more, 2 mins walk to Earls Court Tube/ 7 mins to Gloucester Road.

The bedroom is medium sized, cosy and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and a king-size bed.

This is an ideal place if you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and centrally located place to stay in Kensington.

(The 1,500£ include council tax, water, broadband, gas, electricity and cleaning lady.)

Occasionally I rent out on a weekly basis but will take a premium.

ABOUT ME:
I'm a professional working in Fintech (mostly wfh), so I'll be around (if not travelling).

Ideally looking for someone who either works in the office/hybrid or from their room. I totally don't expect you to tip toe around - love company and am super social but I do need a relatively professional atmosphere to be maintained during those hours.

I highly value tidiness and cleanliness throughout the home and expect that these standards are maintained in every room.

Other than that I love sports, arts, country side trips; go for dinners/drinks with friends, equally love the quiet sometimes.
