I'm looking for someone to replace me from May in the beautiful high ceilings flat in Earl's Court SW5, 2 min walking from Earl's Court! The breaking clause is in August, but you can renew the contract after.

It has an oven, kettler, washing machine, microwave, desk space, coffee table, 2 TV's, one in living room, one in the bedroom. Also there is a small balcony.

Earls Court is full of life, from morning coffee spots to a variety of restaurants and buzzing nightlife. It's a neighborhood that has its own unique charm, never overshadowed by nearby Kensington and Knightsbridge. And for those nights in, there's a Tesco superstore close by for all your needs, from daily basics to special treats.

Transport links are fantastic too, with Earls Court Underground Station being a couple of streets away offering access to both the District and Piccadilly lines, meaning Heathrow Airport is just 30 minutes away and you can be at Paddington Station in just 13 minutes.
