It includes an undercounter fridge-freezer and is partly sound-proofed with a solid core door with your own separate keys.
As it is on the ground floor with no other bedrooms you will have a decent level of privacy.

Transport and Amenities:
The flat is primely located with easy access to Earl's Court Station (District and Piccadilly) and West Brompton Station (Overground). Buses 328, C1, C3 and 74 stops located close to the flat with two 24-hour night buses (N31 and N74). The high road has branded coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores plus two 24 hour newsagents, internet centre and a large Tesco Superstore open until midnight.

Rent:
The rent is £925 per month inclusive of all bills and WiFi with a deposit of £500.
A cleaner attends weekly and this is included in the rent. All cleaning and hygiene supplies (handwash, washing up liquid, toilet rolls) are provided free of charge.

The Lodger:
We are looking for a working professional who is clean, quiet, respectful and responsible with the intention to stay at least 6 - 12 months. We require the right person - preferably a female - who will respect our space and privacy. We have a cat so you must be able to live with pets.
