Double bed in Earl’s court

Hi!
I am subletting my current double bedroom from the 20.12 -26.01. This room is ideal for someone who is coming to London for a short time.
There is the kitchen-washing machine, dinning table and couch. The bathroom is next to it and this you would share with my current flatmate.
About my current flatmate- she is a 28yrs old professional lovely woman who goes to the office 4x’ a week and comes back after 6pm. She is super fun, clean and easy going!
Location-very central. 4min walk from Earl’s court tube station (Piccadilly, district and circle line). You have a huge sainsbury’s 3 min walk.
£325 p/w (literally what I pay)
Bills are included.
