The flat is fully furnished and has a fantastic location in a charming neighbourhood, in zone 1.

The flat is less than 5 mins walk from Earl's Court tube station (District and Piccadilly lines). 6 minutes from and the overground train at West Brompton (towards Shepherd's Bush or Clapham Junction).

The flat has a large shared living room, a kitchen and two other bedrooms.. Each of the bedrooms has a huge sash window and there are two large period fireplaces in the flat and a video entry phone.

I would say the flat has a relaxed and friendly feeling, and would suit someone relatively calm and easy going.

Hannah is a lovely school teacher who works locally. And Christina works for a startup and is also really kind, friendly and relaxed - they share the other bathroom. (there are two bathrooms in the flat).

Information on the area: For going out locally The Troubador is just up the road, as are numerous pubs and restaurants. South Kensington, the King's Road and Fulham Road are also within fifteen minutes walk, or a short bus ride away. The Natural History Museum and The V&A are also within easy reach. Earl's Court Road has lots of shops, banks, a post office, M&S, dry cleaners etc...There is a Sainsbury's, Co-op and Tesco supermarkets nearby and a Waitrose at Gloucester Road. There are many restaurants closeby - both takeaways and dining.

The rent does include some bills: there is a cleaner who comes once a fortnight for deep cleaning the entire flat. Water and internet bills are also included in the rent. Electricity and council tax is not included and shared equally among the three flatmates.
