*Lease Takeover*

Hi all,

Looking for someone (or a couple) to take over my beautiful and spacious one-bed apartment (with a private patio and shared garden to boot) in Earl’s Court.

- A few months into a 24-month lease (with a 12 month break clause) - started May 2024. Looking for September takeover (early as possible but no later than 7/8th really)
- Negotiated the rent down to £2,350 per month (down from £2,800). £1,175 each if a couple 🙂.
- Patio is private (and my favourite part), garden is shared with one neighbour (a lovely old lady who doesn’t mind BBQs and garden parties).
- Furnished (but a lot of my own trashy additions haha)
- Quiet and residential area. 5 min walk to Earl’s Court (District/Piccadilly) with overground links in West Bromley. Kensington High Street 10 minute walk.
- Huge Tesco 30 seconds away (frugle northerner within me is very happy)
