The bedroom comes with its own private bathroom, separate from the room, so you’ll always have access to it without sharing or waiting. The flat also has a living room with views of one of the largest private gardens in London—a peaceful and scenic space.

Rent is £1,450 per month, bills excluded.
Note: This is a 6 monthly payment (upfront), which means a payment of £8700 due in September for the period from 23rd Sept to 23rd March.
This is NOT a sublet; you’ll be signing the contract directly with the letting agent.

My current flatmate had a change of plans and, unfortunately, needs someone to take over his room. Professionals and students are welcomed. You will only need to share the flat with me.

I’m a PGCE student at UCL, easygoing, clean, and respectful of personal space. I enjoy going to the gym, watching movies, visiting galleries, and traveling. I take good care of the place and hope to share it with someone who values the same.
