I am subletting my room (in a 2b2b beautiful Victorian house) during the summer, available from 3rd July to 7th September. Minimum 1 month stay.

This spacious master bedroom contains your own private bathroom (en-suite) and a double bed. Big sunlit room, high ceiling, with floor-to-ceiling windows. The window view is really lovely as there are plenty of trees outside and you can literally just stand on the balcony during summer time 🌿

The flat itself is on rising ground floor, with a high ceiling living room and a kitchen, which you will be sharing with my other flat mate! She is a LSE graduate and currently working in London.

Flat location is great- only 3min walk from earlscourt station. Everything you need ( m&s, Tesco, Boots, Pret, Leon, etc.) is within 5min walk.

Original rent is £360 per week, but I’m reducing it to £290 including all bills for the sublet. Looking for some one who is clean, responsive and will take care of my place🧡

P. s. I’m happy to prepare most facilities in the room for you (I. e. toiletries, tissue, hairdryer, pillow and beddings) so it saves you from the hustle. I also have a projector that you could use during your stay and enjoy some quality movie nights 📽️
