Massive Bedroom in Gorgeous Flat 🏡✨ Prime Location

We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to join our newly secured three-bedroom flat in Earl’s Court, three minutes from the station, but tucked away on a beautiful, quiet street.

Ideal move in is from the 20th of September, and you would be signing a 11 month lease until August 2026.

The location is amazing. At the end of the road there’s a gorgeous little flower shop (Imani’s), an M&S, Tesco, and all the perks of Earl’s Court just around the corner. It’s peaceful but super well connected, and we’re so excited to make the most of it.

Despite the pics, the flat does come furnished (and we’ll absolutely be making it cuter with our candles and coffee table books). Our move-in date is 15th August, and we’re ideally looking for someone who can move in then and be added to the lease.

🌻 The Bedroom

The room is Bedroom 1 on the floor plan. It’s bigger than the other two rooms by over 50%, (circa 6.80 x 3.63m) and comes part-furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, a large built-in double wardrobe, and plenty of space for extra furniture or a WFH setup.

🏡 The Flat

The flat has been recently refurbished throughout, with a modern kitchen, new flooring, and updated fittings. The shared bathroom (used by just two of the rooms) has been fully redone.

We also have access to a lovely communal garden, which we’re so excited about. It’s shared with the three girls in the flat above us, and we’re really hoping to make the most of it with garden dinners while the summer’s still here.

🎀 A Little Bit About Us

You’ll be living with me and Yuvika, we’re both 27, from New Zealand, and working in London. We’ve been here just over a year and are pretty relaxed, sociable, and easy to live with.

Weeknights usually involve a post-work debrief over dinner and whatever we’re watching on the couch. On weekends, we’re often out for a coffee walk or exploring the area, especially keen to work our way through the long list of Earl’s Court pubs and brunch spots our friends have recommended!!

We’re hoping to find someone lovely who is up for a night out or flat dinner every now and then, but equally happy doing their own thing and joining in when it feels right.
