• Female, age 23–34

• A working professional (Hybrid workers okay, ideally not full time WFH)

• Sociable and enjoys planning occasional nights out/in

• Clean, super tidy, and respectful of shared spaces

• Comfortable with occasional visits but prefers a calm, low-traffic home (no frequent large gatherings, but only my partner will visit)
