I’m moving out of my amazing room in Earl’s Court at the end of September (my master’s has just finished 🥲), so I am looking for someone to take over from me from 1 October. The flat is genuinely 10/10 and I’m super sad about leaving…

- Bright double room with lots of natural light, storage, a desk, and access to a shared balcony 🌿
- Shared living space with couch, TV, and fully equipped kitchen
- Spacious bathroom + laundry (washing machine included)
- Amazing location: 2-minute walk to Earl’s Court station (District + Piccadilly lines), so super easy for central London

FLATMATE
You would be living with my flatmate Eric. He’s a counsel, so quite busy during the week. He’s clean, easy going, respectful. Perfect at balancing his own routine with being social when it works. Honestly, one of the best flatmates you could hope for 🤞🏼

DETAILS
- Rent: £1575 pcm (+ split bills & council tax, Band E)
- Move-in: 1 October 2025 - this is flexible !

Eric will be handling viewings and choosing who moves in, but since I’ve had such a great time here, I wanted to write the ad myself and will be responding to messages or questions anyone has directly.
