We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our three-bedroom flat in Earl’s Court — just a few minutes walk from Earl's Court station but tucked away on a quiet, leafy street.

📅 Move-In & Lease
The room is available from the 20th of September, and you’ll be added to the lease, which runs for 11 months until August 2026.

🌍 Location
The area has everything you need: a flower shop at the end of the road, M&S, a huge Tesco, and all the perks of Earl’s Court around the corner. The street is quiet, but we’re really well connected.

🛋 The Flat
The flat has been recently refurbished with a modern kitchen, new flooring, and updated fittings. The shared bathroom (used by just two rooms) is brand new. There’s also access to a massive communal garden, which we only share with the three girls in the flat upstairs.

🌻 The Bedroom
This is Bedroom 1 on the floor plan. It’s over 50% larger than the other two rooms (approx. 6.80 x 3.63m) and comes part-furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and a built-in double wardrobe. There’s plenty of space for extra furniture or a WFH setup.

✨ About Us
You’ll be living with Connaire and I — both 27/28, from New Zealand, and working in London. We’re relaxed, easygoing, and enjoy a balance of socialising and downtime.

In the evenings we’ll usually cook, catch up over dinner, or watch something together. Weekends are often spent exploring the area, finding new coffee or dinner spots, or seeing friends.

We’re looking for someone easygoing and considerate — happy to hang out and be part of the flat, but also happy to do their own thing.
