Double bedroom in 2b/2b apartment in Earl’s Court

Looking for a new flatmate to take over the contract. Ideal move in date is November but December is also considered. Females preferred.

It is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat, recently refurbished and 5 minutes from Earl’s Court and West Brompton stations.

You will have your own big bathroom (non en-suite), there is beautiful shared living room. Separate kitchen has laundry machine with drier and dishwasher.

Bills total around ~£200 per month per person depending on the time of the year. You will also need to pay the deposit and pass the reference check, with annual income minimum £39,550.50

I am a PhD student. I go to uni and sometimes work from home. I would prefer to live with someone busy (working/studying), who has a calm lifestyle. I am also sociable and like to have friendly cozy vibe at home, but also I respect and appreciate privacy.

I am available to show the flat over 11-15 October. I will need to make the decision by 16 October and inform the landlord (otherwise the contract will be terminated).
