The room features two large full-pane windows (no gridlines or heavy framing) that let in plenty of natural light while facing a peaceful residential street. It’s offered unfurnished, giving you the freedom to style it as you like. (Please note: the bed shown in the photos is not included — however, a different sofa bed can be provided if needed.)
There’s ample wardrobe space, a ceiling lamp for even lighting, and newly fitted oak floorboards running throughout the flat.

The flat is on the second floor of a three-storey building with double-glazed windows for warmth and quiet. You’ll share a modern kitchen (with oven, fridge, and good counter space) and a spacious bathroom with a full-sized tub.

Please note — there’s no shared living room, so the setup suits someone who values a calm, private space.

Ideally looking for a clean, respectful young professional or postgraduate student (20–35) who’s easy-going and considerate. I’m friendly, tidy, and work full-time in real estate — generally out during the day and prefer a relaxed, quiet home environment. Totally fine if you like to keep to yourself too.
