1. Rent:
£620 per week (£2,686.6 per month total) to split between two people.

2. Furnishing:
The flat is "fully furnished" and ready to move in, so you can just bring your suitcases and settle right in.

It has two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom with a bathtub, and a private garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge, microwave, utensils, and cleaning supplies.

The high-ceiling living room has a TV, two sofas, dining table, souvenirs, DVD player and lots of storage space.

3. Travel and location:
The location is excellent. It’s only 2 minutes from Earl’s Court Station and within walking distance to Gloucester Road Station. You’ll find M&S, Tesco, Co-op, Sainsbury’s, cafés, restaurants, and parks all nearby. It’s in Zone 1–2, making it very easy to get around London!

It’s a great place if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, convenient, and ready to move into without any hassle.
