Double Bed In A 2 Bed Flat In A Period Building

This is a furnished 2 bed flat located 5 mins from Earls Court. Quiet location. Wooden flooring, modern kitchen and bathroom. My bedroom is a small staircase down from the available bedroom, sitting room , kitchen and bathroom so this gives everyone some privacy. I work quite long hours Mon- Fri, mainly in the office, occasionally from home. If you need to work from home you can place a small desk in the bedroom or work in the sitting room which is bright and welcoming. I'm looking for a flatmate who is a professional, generally tidy and will not be noisy entertaining late every night. I'm a sociable person and enjoy meeting my friends at the weekend for dinner/drinks at the pub to watch rugby/football. I regard myself to be easy going and enjoy cooking healthy meals and exercising
