Double room available in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in a beautiful Victorian building in Earl’s Court (SW5).

The flat is located on the third floor and is very well equipped, with a shared bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher and dryer.

The location is excellent – just 2 minutes’ walk from Earl’s Court station, with great connections across London.

Council tax is around £130 per month, to be shared between the two tenants (bills to be discussed).

You would be sharing the flat with a 25-year-old Spanish female professional, working full-time in London. She is friendly, tidy and easy-going.

We are looking for a female young professional, ideally working in London, to move in end of February / beginning of March. The start date is flexible (mid or end of March can also be considered).
