The flatmates are at present aged between 23-35yr old this is a friendly and clean and you can hire my cleaner for yourself (£40-2hrs)as you will be responsible for cleaning and taking care of the home

The flat is walking distance to Imperial College ,Harrods and Kensington hi street

The requirement is 6 Weeks rent in advance.. (no deposit.)
This will be your 1 st month rent and 2 weeks end of tenancy rent of the agreement.
Electric and gas bill will be split between flatmates. monthly approx £30/50 per month depending on the season .

There is a private communal garden /park at the rear of the property which is a private gated area with cameras that can be used - .(Philbeach garden)

Locks and keys on all bedroom doors for your personal security.

Earls Court main tube station is 3minutes walk from the flat (Earls Court) and 10 mins walk to Gloucester Road, West Brompton or High Street Kensington Tube stations ,Kensington high street ,Knightsbridge and Hyde Park 10/15 mins walk.
