This is a newly refurbished terraced first floor flat that boasts natural light, high ceilings and large windows that is located in a victorian -style conversion house in the heart of Earls Court. It is two minutes walking distance from Earls Court tube as well as West Brompton. It is located on a crescent street and is also easily accessible by buses and short walking distance to Earls Court Road (which is saturated with cool pubs, restaurants and some funky bars).
The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both rooms are on offer there is an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi that is slightly more than the other room (the other room has a private terrace and access to personal rain-shower and bathroom that is disconnected). The flat consists of hardwood floors throughout with carpet within the rooms.
The kitchen has all amenities and tools if you are into cooking and there is also a washer within the flat - so you won't have to go to the laundromat! There is also a nice lounge with lots of light and sizeable kitchen.
If you are a couple or shorter letter it is slightly higher and would need to check with the live-in tenant right now.
