This is a lovely, bright three bedroom flat, in a Georgian building on the corner of Old Brompton Road.

The flat is less than 5 mins walk from Earl's Court tube station (District and Piccadilly lines) and the overground train at West Brompton (towards Shepherd's Bush or Clapham Junction) is about 6 mins walk away.

The flat is fully furnished and has a fantastic location, in zone 1. The flat has a large shared living room, a kitchen and two other bedrooms.. Each of the bedrooms has a huge sash window and there are two large period fireplaces in the flat and a video entry phone.

I would say the flat has a relaxed and friendly feeling, and would suit someone relatively calm and easy going.

There are three bedrooms bathroom and one is ready to move into on 20th FEB:
bedroom 1 - ensuite bathroom - this is the largest room in the flat and has a large period mantlepiece.
bedroom 2 - Bruna who works in design
bedroom 3 - Amber- - shares bathroom with bedroom 2

Bruna works in design, Amber is in the city and both are kind, friendly and relaxed.

Information on the area: For going out locally The Troubador is just up the road, as are numerous pubs and restaurants. South Kensington, the King's Road and Fulham Road are also within fifteen minutes walk, or a short bus ride away. The Natural History Museum and The V&A are also within easy reach. Earl's Court Road has lots of shops, banks, a post office, M&S, dry cleaners etc...There is a Sainsbury's, Co-op and Tesco supermarkets nearby and a Waitrose at Gloucester Road.

The rent does not include utility bills: However there is a cleaner who comes once a fortnight and internet both of which are paid to the landlord as part of the rent.

The deposit is paid in advance and the rent is paid each month in advance on the first of the month. The tenancy agreement is renewed every six months. We had someone drop out so the third room is now discounted to get it rented to someone nice asap.

We are happy to consider both mature students and professionals. Everyone needs to pay 1/3 of council tax though regardless of student status or otherwise.

The flat is owned by my family and we've been renting for over ten years. We can be pretty flexible about viewing times, (weekends, some afternoons, evenings and some mornings) so please email us to arrange a time.
