Room With Own Bathroom + Huge Residents' Garden

Your room
It's quiet, bright and overlooks the downstairs’ flat's garden.
There's a built-in wardrobe, double bed with memory foam mattress, and drawers. You also have your own bathroom with a bathtub.

We have access to a huge private residents' garden with a tennis court in the summer - you can check out philbeach gardens on google maps aerial view.

Location
5-7 min walk to earls court station (on the district and piccadilly line). 15 Min walk to Hyde park, Waitrose, Whole Foods on high str ken. There's a big Tesco just across the road.
