Am moving out so need to find a new flat mate!
(Another flat mate is moving out too so there are actually 2 rooms up for grabs).
Situated in a quiet cul de sac, there is plenty of parking (no permit needed) and plenty of space. The flat itself is on the ground floor and is pretty sizeable with a decent patio and shed. Not ex-local authority.
The room is a good size, roughly 12x10 and comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
The other two housemates are easy-going working professionals, I’ve known them for years and can say only good things about them!
Transport: 17 mins walk to Earlsfield, 12 mins to Wandsworth Common and 25 mins to Clapham Junction.
No smokers or pets please.
A couple could move in and take both rooms but would not want to exceed 4 people altogether as there is only 1 bathroom!
