We have a great 2 bedroom house that has become available from 1st May 2024. The existing tenants have decided to move out which leaves both rooms available for anyone wishing to make the home their own.

Ideally we are looking for a professional couple who wish to make the second room a work from home office. To rent the whole 2 bed house, including Gas and Electricity, would cost 2500 a month. You are welcome to negotiate us down should the interest rates decrease :)

The house comes mostly furnished so all you will need to do is move in. You welcome to swop out the couch, TV etc... with your own as they are just there but not precious.
