The location is very convenient! Diagonally opposite Earlsfield overground train station. Waterloo/Southbank in 14mins. Oxford Circus in 20 mins. Vauxhall in 8mins. West End in 25mins. Marylebone in 30mins.

Opposite Earlsfield library and a lovely flower stall. Local pub at end of road, and new yoga and martial arts studio a few doors down. A friendly neighbourhood with a variety of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, M&S Food, Gails etc, on the doorstep. Shopping mall, cinema, gym not far.

The majority of my work days are in my office nearby. Evenings tend to be a mix of gym, meeting friends out, or relaxing at home. I am usually away at least one weekend per month.

Looking for someone who works full-time, but preferably not WFH all of the time. A cheerful and friendly person who also appreciates their own space.

Timings and term flexible, but ideally around beginning of May/June.
