Large room in bright garden flat

It's a big, sunny, furnished 3 bedroom flat (non-smoking) on the first floor with a great view. There's a large garden (with hammock!) perfect for barbies and it's been modernised throughout.

We are looking for another to share our big, happy flat with us. Sorry, not a couple. It is a bright double overlooking the garden (4m by 3m), fully furnished with a desk for home working. We have a cleaner come spruce up the place every 2 weeks.

We're on Fieldview, only 7 minutes stroll from Earlsfield or Wandsworth Common train stations with loads of trains to Waterloo and Victoria taking about 12 minutes. It's right by a sports club with hockey, cricket, tennis and squash played and near some great bars and restaurants too.

I work from home some of the time and spend at least 4 months of the year working abroad and we agree on someone to take over the room for a month or so. We'd be happy with someone partly working from home.

£1050/month includes all bills, 200 meg broadband, loads of TV channels and our friendly cleaner once a fortnight. We share tea, coffee and most kitchen stuff.
