It is a lovely first floor, one-bedroom flat in a quiet block in a cul-de-sac road in a peaceful part of Earlsfield. It currently comes unfurnished, but can also be provided part- or fully-furnished, according to needs.

The living room has windows on three sides, with an open-plan kitchen and dining area and is beautifully bright and spacious. There is a good sized bathroom with fitted washing machine, and generous storage space. The bedroom is also bright and a good size for a double bed, and all bedroom furniture.

It is situated a 10 minute walk to Earlsfield station (one stop from Clapham Junction), and a 10 minute walk to Southside Shopping Centre, where you will find great shopping including Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Planet Organic, as well as a large Cineworld cinema, and pretty much everything else.

It was newly recarpeted in July 2018. completely painted and decorated in July 2017, and is in excellent condition. I am ideally looking for a longer-term tenant, at least one year, and preferably longer. I keep the flat in very good condition, and will organise for repairs and maintenance of anything that needs attention. In return I ask for a tenant who will keep me notified of anything that needs doing, and will take good care of the place.
