Huge en-suite double in amazing townhouse

Hi Guys,

I am looking for somebody to take over my room in this beautiful property as soon as possible.

The house is only a few years old, and the communal areas, especially the kitchen/dining room are amazing. The bedroom, on the top floor, is the biggest in the house and has plenty of storage, including a big walk-in wardrobe and large balcony.

Great transport links: Earlsfield station is an 8 min walk (then 2 mins train to Clapham Junction and 15 mins direct to Waterloo) with trains every few mins.
Bus stop directly outside to the Northern line (Tooting Broadway - 5 mins)

The price is unbelievable for a property of this quality, and the existing roommates - 2 guys and 1 girl - are all great people and extremely easy to live with.

Bills work out to be £100 a month per person.

I am leaving London to go travelling and left my job on Friday (5th July), so the room is effectively available immediately. I appreciate anyone moving in may be subject to a notice period at their current property, and our landlord will also need some time to process the changeover - so I am willing to be fairly flexible. However, somebody that can move in at the start of August would be preferable.

Ideally, I would also like to sell all of the furniture in my room to the incoming roommate - in particular the TV bed and mattress which I only bought in November. I'm happy to work out a deal.

The house is made up of 3 London professionals who all lead busy lives, but are never adverse to spending some social time together. We would be looking for somebody who is clean, tidy and can fit into the current dynamic.
