We have a double room available in our house ideally located within a 3 minute walk to Earlsfield train station. The current flat mate is leaving to move in with his partner.. We are looking for someone new to join our already awesome house.
We are a social bunch who often meet in the kitchen whilst cooking or on occasion get together to watch a film or have a BBQ. We all have our own lives, hobbies and interests and are all pretty busy but get along amazingly and have a great house/life balance, if that’s even a thing.
We would be looking for someone of similar qualities to join us so if you think that is you please get in touch.

The house has a spacious lounge with large TV and two huge sofas.
Large kitchen with dining table (and dishwasher!)

4 double bedrooms
1.5 bathrooms
Large garden with BBQ and outside seating area.
 
Housemates:
Sharing with three friendly professionals - two girls and one guy
 
Rent:
£597.00

Deposit: £650

Bills: £120 per month (subject to usage/contract)

Bills include: gas & electricity, water, Broadband, Council tax and a house kitty (loo roll, laundry powder etc).

Rental done privately so NO AGENCY FEES and our landlady is pretty chill
