This is an unfurnished double room in a lovely bright and spacious 2 bedroom flat in Earlsfield. I’ve lived here for 6yrs and my friend is moving out. The landlord lives locally and is great.

The room is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is furnished.
There is a built in wardrobe and shelves for good storage.
The furniture in the photos will be removed and you’ll need to bring your own bed and drawers to make it your own.

Flat is based in a quiet suburban residential street in Earlsfield, SW18. It’s less than 15 minute walk to Earlsfield train station (trains into Waterloo take 12mins) and 4minute walk to the local bus stops (77 route).
The flat is a converted period property with a lot of light.

You’ll be living with me- a professional who’s lived here happily for 6 years.
I’m looking for a flatmate who is considerate, clean and tidy and wants to share the occasional glass of wine or film.
I love theatre and the arts. I have friends locally and have a busy life so it’s a pretty stress free house.

The rent is £825 per month excluding bills.
Bills are approx £120 a month.
There is a cleaner once a week with the cost split between the 2 of us (this is £12 per week each and is not in the bills amount quoted above).

Room available from 9th November 2019.
Deposit is £825 (4 weeks rent) paid in advance.
