Housemate wanted in spacious, LGBT+ friendly flat

Looking for a new flatmate to join me in this spacious two bed duplex flat in Earlsfield. My long-term flatmate is buying her first place and is moving out in November, so looking for a friendly new person to move in. The flat is about 7 minutes walk from Earlsfield station, so you can be in Waterloo station in under 25 minutes. The kitchen is shared but you would have your own private bathroom, albeit not en suite. Bills are normally around £130 per month, including Sky, council tax and super fast broadband.

About me: I’m a mid-thirties IT professional who used to love going out but now is in bed by 10, and needs an ibuprofen after one gin and tonic. I love dogs (don’t worry I don’t have one in the flat), films, cheesy pop music and would love to find a new friend as well as a new flatmate.
