We have 2 double rooms with built in wardrobes available in our house share! The house is over three floors and has a lovely garden with two BBQs which has been a god send in lockdown!

The location is great, with just a 4 - 5 minute walk to Earlsfield station where trains run every 3 minutes to waterloo, which takes 13 minutes in total, stopping at Clapham Junction and Vauxhall along the way.

There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk away with the 77, 44 and 270 which easily gets you to tooting, Putney, Victoria and Waterloo.

Double room 1 (£697.50 pm)
Is part furnished with a double bed and bedside table and is located on the first floor overlooking the garden so it’s nice and quiet with no street noise/lights.

Double room 2 (£712.50 pm)
Is unfurnished - the furniture and bed you see in the pictures will be coming with me, but there is a good sized built in wardrobe. It’s also located on the first floor overlooking the garden.

You’ll be sharing the house with Juliet and Alastair - both young professionals who are in to cooking, sports, cycling, yoga, the pub (when they’re open) and everything else people in their 20s and 30s enjoy!

Pre corona times we’re busy in the week with our work and going to the gym, but we do catch up in the kitchen when cooking and will watch TV together in the lounge. At the weekends we tend to be busy catching up with our friends!

Were looking for someone who is clean and tidy who clears up after themselves. Someone who is respectful, is up for the pub now and then, or share some wine over tv on the sofa, but has their own life too!
