Great Room in Friendly Flat

We have the small double room coming available from mid to late August in our sociable two-floor flat in Earlsfield. Sadly our flatmate Anna is moving out to live closer to her new job.

The room is cosy and full of character, with a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobe, decorative fireplace, and space for a desk if you work from home. The modern bathroom is right next door and is shared with just one other person, so it always feels nice and private

The property is spacious, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms on each of the two floors. We also have a study which is really handy for that extra bit of space. The living room is big with comfy sofa and the kitchen is fully equipped. Out the back is a private paved garden which we use for BBQs and playing table tennis (we have a table!) in the summer months. The house itself is on a quiet residential road close to the high street.

Earlsfield has a lot going on whilst not feeling too busy. It is close to Central London and places like Clapham/Balham/Tooting. We are a 7 minute walk to Earlsfield train station, where you can get to Wimbledon (3 mins), Clapham Junction (5 mins) and Waterloo (12 mins).

A little about us – it's Carla (27) and Harry (26) at the moment, and we're looking for two new flatmates to join the house.

We're an active bunch and enjoy getting out and about, whether that's tag rugby, climbing, running, the gym or exploring different parts of London. We're also a sociable house and enjoy catching up while cooking in the evenings, grabbing a pint together or settling in for the odd film.

We've all lived in house shares before, so we know the importance of respecting each other's space and privacy. We like to keep the house clean and tidy, but it's definitely a relaxed home rather than a showroom! None of us are clean freaks.

Bills are currently at £90 per person a month (Council Tax Band D) which we sort out ourselves.
