Great Room in Friendly Flat

We have the small double room coming available from 1st Sept in our sociable two-floor flat in Earlsfield. Sadly our flatmate Emma is moving out to live abroad.

The room is cosy and has a comfy double bed, built in cupboard, decorative fireplace and space for a desk if needed to work from home. The modern bathroom is right next door, shared with just one other person.

The property is spacious, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms on each of the two floors. We also have a study which is really handy for that extra bit of space. The living room is big with a huge TV and comfy sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Out the back is a private paved garden which we use for BBQs and playing table tennis (we have a table!) in the summer months. The house itself is on a quiet residential road close to the high street.

Earlsfield has a lot going on whilst not feeling too busy. It is close to Central London and places like Clapham/Balham/Tooting. We are a 7 minute walk to Earlsfield train station, where you can get to Wimbledon (3 mins), Clapham Junction (5 mins) and Waterloo (12 mins).

A little bit about us – there is Carla (27), Ash (28), and Harry (26). We are an active house who all like to get out and about, whether that be tag rugby, climbing, running, going to the gym or exploring London. We are all sociable and enjoy chatting whilst cooking in the evenings, having a pint together or watching a film. We have all lived in houseshares before and know how to respect each other’s privacy. The house is kept clean and tidy but no one is a clean freak.

Bills are currently at £90 per person a month (Council Tax Band D) which we sort out ourselves.
