We are looking for someone lovely to move into our house in September. The house is large, with a huge kitchen and 2 Big bathrooms, as well as a downstairs loo so you will only have to share with one other person. The rent is £735 per month with bills usually coming to about £120 including a cleaner that comes every Monday who is an absolute gem, and makes the house sparkling.

We have a big garden complete with shed which during lockdown has been an absolute life saver, (the garden not the shed) and have had lots of bbq’s already.

We also have a sort of spare room with a sofa bed which is great to have.


The house is really well located, we are just 1 minute away from the 77 bus or just 5 minutes from Garrett lane and the 44 bus. We also have Earlsfield station just 7 minutes walk which has a train to Waterloo every 3 minutes, so very easy commute to the city. Clapham junction is only 5 mins on the 77 bus or about 20 mins walk, as is Southfields Station (district line) is about 20 mins walk too. We also have Wandsworth Southside up the road which has a big Sainsbury’s and Waitrose, as well as Tesco express and small Sainsbury’s by the station and co-op on Garrett lane. Wandsworth common is also only about 7 minutes walk from the house, as well as the Wandle pub and some other great pubs just down the road.

A little about us, we are 3 working professionals, two girls and a guy working in property, the charity sector and marketing. Two of us are working from home at the moment and I will be back to the office soon, but there is plenty of space to not get under each others feet. We are all very chilled, and get on well, and are always down for a chat and debrief at the one of the day. We also enjoy firing up the bbq have had a few dinner parties too (pre lockdown). We do however respect each other’s space and peace and quiet during the week.
