Large double bedroom w/ private bathroom

Hi,

I have a furnished large double bedroom with its own private bathroom, plenty of storage, in a maisonette that is 5 min walk from Earlsfield station (15min to Waterloo). The rent is £1083 (all bills included).

The house is a 2 and half bedroom to share with me only (I'm a tenant). It has a garden and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and full-size fridge/freezer and washing machine.

I am an eLearning manager and I work from home from 9am to 5pm. If you also work from home, the spacious living room is free for you to work from. You will be sharing the house only with me.

I’m Brazilian with an Italian background and I’ve been in London for 5 years. I speak Portuguese, Spanish and I understand a bit of Italian as well. I'm friendly, open minded, positive and very active person. I enjoy cooking and eating healthy. I am very tidy, and the house is kept clean. I also enjoy doing Yoga, meditating, reading, listening to music and going out for walks in nature.

I spend most of my time either working or studying and I watch TV very rarely, but I do enjoy socialising over a glass of wine when I've got free time.
The garden has a barbecue and furniture to sit and relax. The neighbours are friendly and Earlsfield is a very pleasant area to live with many parks nearby, loads of shops, including the Southside Shopping Mall, a big and small Sainsburys, CoOp, Tesco, high street butcher, Planet Organic, Boots, etc.
I also enjoy plants so you can bring yours in case you have some.

Move in date is flexible.
