Fun cheap flat in Earlsfield

Hello, so me and my flat mate James are looking for a third housemate as our current housemate is moving out.

We are two working professionals, Alice is 24 and works in central London 5 days a week in events her interest include going to the pub, music and travelling. Alex is 27 and works in software from home most days. Alex’s interests are football, going to the pub, reading and gym.

We are a very sociable flat who like to spend evenings and weekends together but also respect each other’s privacy when required.

The flat is located in earlsfield and is a 5 minute walk from earlsfield station with excellent transport links into Clapham junction (3 minutes) Vauxhall (8 minutes) and Waterloo (12 minutes)

The flat is privately rented and the rent is £650 per month and bills are around an additional £120 per month and this includes a cleaner as well as virgin tv, sky, sky sports, BT sport, Netflix and Amazon prime video so we can watch sports and tv.
