One small room in 3bed flat

Two professional females are looking for one female to join us in a flat in Earlsfield.
There are three rooms in the flat plus living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The flat is located five minutes walk to earlsfield train station which takes you to vauxhall, Clapham Junction and Waterloo. You can also walk to southfields (15 min) where you can get the district line.

Sadly one if our flatmate is moving out so we're now looking for one more person to join us.

We are both sociable people and we're professionals who are quite busy during the week. We do like to chill in the living room together when we have time on the weekends or evenings.

We like to keep the flat clean and we expect the same from others.

Regarding the area, we have Tesco, M&S and Sainsbury's few minutes away. You can also walk 20 minutes to Lidl or to big Sainsbury's which is next to Southside shopping centre.
Lots of restaurants in the area, gyms, lovely King George's Park minutes walk away. We personally can't get over of how lovely this area is!
In the room there will be left a double bed and chest of drawers only.
The viewing will take place after 16th September.
Bills are around 80-100 pounds a month.
