Looking for 1 final housemate for a 6 month tenancy, starting April 2021.
Quiet house on a residential street. Close walk to Earlsfield station, 25minute walk to Northern Line, and bus stop at the end of road.
Rooms available: NOW TAKEN
Room 1: double, £400 rent pcm £60 (*approx) bills pcm. Built in wardrobe.
Room 2: Single, £350 rent pcm £60(*approx) bills pcm.
Room 3: Double, NOW TAKEN £400 rent pcm £60(*approx) bills pcm.
Bills are dependent on usage, gas is on a meter and electric is quarterly.
Room's are unfurnished. All furniture seen belongs to the current housemates and is being taken on their departure
Bathroom has shower head over bath tub.
There's a small shared balcony and we have a garden space but it needs some TLC.
There's no living room (hence the low rent).
The house is basic but it's cheap for the area.
Looking for clean housemates that respect privacy.
Private landlord. I've been here since 2017 and I'm an original tenant so have a good relationship with our landlord. He's great if we need something fixing or have any issues.
About me: I'm a 28 year old performer. My schedule is hectic so you'll hardly see me and I enjoy a quiet house. I do like a nice catch up over a cuppa. Looking for housemates with similar interests (not a deal breaker) but potential housemates need to be prepared for my weekly singing lessons (currently on zoom until we can get back into studio).
