Hello!

There is a beautiful large double room (the biggest in the flat) to rent in Earlsfield only a short 10 minute walk to the main overground station (The IKEA box storage unit will be coming with me when I move out, so there is plenty of room for you to put in whenever extra storage space you require; a desk for example).

To add, in the opposite direction is Tooting Bec tube station.
The area also includes bus stops a short walk away from the flat and free parking available to all residents.

Due to being so close to Wandsworth prison two of the flat mates currently work their - one being a nurse and the other an officer. Professionals are welcome and also non professionals too.

We have a lovely little garden which in summer is a little sun trap, fab in the summer!

The flat comes including some bills but not all which are on average less than an extra £50 which makes total £688.00 (electric, gas and internet). The landlady’s are very helpful and respond quickly to any problems we may have. The bathroom is also a very decent size! With plenty of storage space in the house too.
