This is also very close to King George Park / on the Wandle Trail so ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city.

It's such great value for quality of flat and close proximity to the station. It's also a 10 minute walk from Southfields station if you want to use the tube.

A bit about us: You'll be sharing with 2 guys, both Matt; 31 and 28. We're into sport, and often head to the gym /run in an evening. We both work Monday - Friday and do a mix of working from home and heading into the office. We often like to socialise in the evenings / at weekends etc but mindful that everyone needs their own chill time too! Want to find a place where we can hang out and be friends so it would be nice to move in with someone who we can hang with down the pub, or living room, or go on a night out with during the evenings and weekends and looking for a likeminded person to share with :)

Boring stuff: Bills are £135 all in which includes Sky TV including Sky Sports & BT Sport), internet, water, gas, electric, TV License, and council tax. However we are looking to soon renegotiate our tv contract to bring this down a little in the coming months.
